I attend a university where medical courses are taking longer than expected to complete. This has affected many students, including me, as we miss out on opportunities while waiting for the school to get accreditation and allow us to take our professional exams.
My advice is that the school should know its capacity and balance admissions with available resources. Over-admission and lack of facilities have contributed to the challenges we’re facing. The school should improve accreditation, facilities, and equipment to enable students to graduate and pursue their careers.
