Ekiti State University (EKSU) is a university with immense potential, but it appears like its administrative structure is stuck in a slow, frustrating rut all the time. The university offers a variety of academic programs and a committed faculty, but administrative inefficiency undermines the learning environment as a whole.
The excruciatingly poor response time of EKSU’s administrative system is one of its most obvious problems. Students, instructors, and staff frequently have to wait a long time for responses to their questions or for their problems to be taken care of. People feel helpless and upset when simple administrative activities, such processing academic records, application approvals, or student registrations, take an excessive length of time. This sluggishness can negatively impact students’ academic careers and seriously impair the university’s ability to run smoothly.
