What is a Psychology Degree?
Psychology is the favourite science for students who want to get into the depths of human feelings. This is considered to be the science of mind and behaviour. More specifically, psychology wants to explore the way people think, act, and feel, by appealing to the emotional side of people.

A Doctoral program is dedicated to students who want to do research in Psychology in various institutes or to become teachers. This has a duration of between 5 and 7 years.

Most of the classes are scheduled later in the evening, which makes it a great option for people balancing professional and academic responsibilities.
Before continuing my studies at CEUTEC, I began my university education in Madrid, Spain, so I feel I can offer a fair comparison. Academically, the CEUTEC psychology program is quite complete. It includes exposure to various applied areas such as clinical psychology, forensic psychology, education, and more. I appreciate that the program encourages practical experiences and external activities.
Some professors are very passionate and committed to their students, which makes a big difference. However, others could improve in terms of preparation and engagement. Still, the overall structure of the program is solid, and it offers a lot of opportunities to grow professionally.
I would recommend CEUTEC to students who are self-motivated, disciplined, and looking for an affordable and flexible way to pursue higher education in Honduras.
