It has the best facilities to learn on your own and be able to discover more but the cost of that requires you to spend a lot of time alone. You wont make friends as much as you think you would and the support system they offer often relies on your ability and confidence to reach out. As of course this is expected, the uni doesn’t really reach out to students who need help both mentally and physically. They just care about you paying your fees and getting pass the minimum 50% mark
View moreThe institution is quite welcoming, and there are lots of opportunities for you to meet people, form friendships, and join clubs. There is a lot of aid available all year long, so you never have to worry or harbor any misgivings. The workshops, lectures, and lab sessions are all really well organized and always provide a wealth of relevant information. Everyone on staff and among the students is friendly and welcoming. Overall, attending UOA is really entertaining because there is never a dull moment. Unfortunately, most of the instruction has been shifted online as a result of COVID-19, thus when pursuing a BSc, I had some difficulty with the lab sessions.
