The Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Settat is one of the best in Morocco for many reasons, including high-end laboratory equipment, a massive campus, and very high-bandwidth fiber-optic Wi-Fi accessible from anywhere on site. It also offers a diverse range of courses, spanning from bachelor’s degrees to master’s, engineering, and PhD programs. I am pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering here, and the professors are highly competent and genuinely love what they do. All classrooms feature 85-inch 4K ViewSonic interactive monitors alongside two glass boards. Additionally, the campus is rich in green areas, filled with trees and spaces that make it feel like heaven. The only major drawback is its location at the entrance of the city; this means you will need transportation, and the local buses are terrible.

The professors are great, with only one or two exceptions based on my experience. It offers high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi available at any spot on campus. As an engineering student, I find the program to be solid and intensive, with a heavy focus on practical work (travaux pratiques), which is a major advantage.
