As a student at the Technical University of Moldova I am privileged to be part of a dynamic academic community that values innovation, excellence, and hands-on learning. The faculty members at TUM are not just professors but mentors who guide and inspire us to push our boundaries and explore new frontiers in engineering and technology. The campus is more than just a place of study; it’s a vibrant hub of creativity where ideas flourish, and friendships are forged. The practical skills and knowledge I gain here are preparing me for a successful career in my chosen field, and I am confident that the experiences and connections I make at TUM will shape my future in profound ways.
View moreAs a student of the Technical University of Moldova, I can confidently say that my experience there was a positive one. The university is an excellent place to learn and grow, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to pursue a degree in engineering or technology.
One of the things that I appreciated about the university was the quality of the education. The professors were knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help their students succeed. Some subjects were more challenging than other, but it was also rewarding, and I felt like I was learning valuable skills that would serve me well in my future career.
Another thing that I liked about the university was the sense of community. There were always events and activities happening on campus. I really appreciate the volunteering activities and charity events. It was easy to make friends and get involved in extracurricular activities.
As for drawbacks, I would say that the facilities at the university could be improved. Some of the classrooms and labs were outdated, and there were times when it felt like the university was too dark. However, I believe that the administration is working to address these issues, and I am confident that the university will continue to improve in the years to come.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Technical University of Moldova to anyone looking to pursue a degree in engineering or technology. The quality of the education, the sense of community, and the diverse student body all make it an excellent place to learn and grow.
View moreThe university is very good, giving the possibility to it’s students to get involved in different extracurricular activities. There are lots of events you can take part at, as a student. The administration is continuously working on improving the curriculum and creating great conditions for students to study: good professors, advanced laboratories, etc
View moreThe educational program is a complex one but it ensures that enrolled students are receiving proper knowledge and skills on the field they study. The university has partnerships with private companies which can provide internships or study visits. Unfortunately, the library of the university does not have enough new books (many of them being from the Soviet times), however, the academical stuff is always open for suggesting other sources or even provide additional materials for the classes.
The university has gone through many reforms in recent times and got a lot of renovations, new equipment, and better study rooms, which is very beneficial for the learning process.
I learn at the computer science faculty and I am not satisfied with the conditions and way of teaching the teachers. Most of the teachers are old and not in the world.
But it is the only polytechnic in the Republic of Moldova, so I did not have anywhere. I regret that the Ministry of Education influences the university. If you want to study in a polytheic, I advise you to go to the EU, because the conditions and the material are better. Thanks for your attention. A good day to all.
