Miguel Ángel Mendoza González, rector of the academic institution, explained that UTT also received recognition for the design of new standards of labor competency at the national level, based on the requirements of the productive sector of Baja California and aligned with the strategic objectives of the Plan State of Development 2014-2019.

The above, during the XX Anniversary of CONOCER. He said that the institutional vision of UTT is to be a university recognized nationally and internationally for its quality, linkage and generation of knowledge and innovation.
