I studied Communication at FES Acatlán, which is one of the Faculties of UNAM.
We have one of the most updated curricula. It lasts nine semesters, that is, four and a half years. Until the sixth semester they are common core subjects. In the seventh semester, you choose one of the five vocational training fields that best suits your personal and professional interests. These are: Journalism; Multimedia communication and culture; Research and educational communication; Political communication and citizenship; Organizational communication.
The teaching staff is very good, you have to know how to take advantage of the teachers’ knowledge and have a taste for reading and research.
The facilities are adequate for the race, since there are editing rooms for audio and video, rooms for television and radio subjects, which are very well equipped.
The FES is the largest faculty at UNAM.
