It seemed more promising, but what I don’t like is that this university constantly harasses you by phone from a call center, insisting on enrollment. At the time, I decided to answer the calls because I liked the service. Apparently, they also have an agreement with another university that keeps calling and doesn’t remove you from their database. Another thing I didn’t like is that they have WhatsApp groups for everything, and they’re not functional. Everyone enrolled in the online program is in these groups, and important notifications get lost. Plus, they assign you an advisor who’s only there to remind you when you have to pay, but they don’t offer any real support. Another thing that strikes me is that it’s a four-month term system, and since all they want is money, they start demanding payment for the next term, even when you’re still in your first course. They require you to meet their requirements: a 9.0 GPA for scholarships, no outstanding coursework, and the student doesn’t even know if they’ll meet them because they’re not even halfway through the current term. But they take it for granted because they want the “right” to the next term. I dared to question this because the school has an app with payment dates, but it turns out the system is broken and they say it will be fixed, but nothing ever happens. So, if someone enrolls, they won’t even finish their first course before they’re already demanding payment for the next term. The classes are on a platform, but there were errors in the scheduled exams, and the professor said he couldn’t correct them. Personally, I didn’t like the service, and another thing: if you need an invoice, it costs almost 1000 pesos to get one. When I’ve gotten invoices elsewhere, they’ve never charged me for it. Since it’s a call center, different people always answer. I’ve had to call the registered campuses, and they just tell me they don’t know how the online program works. I didn’t like it because you’re paying for a service and not receiving it. My opinion is more about the service itself.
