UANL is the best university in Monterrey because of its history buy also because of their teachers, they are so engaged with the students knowledge and growth, it helps you a lot. I loved my time there and it helped me a lot to have my year abroad in Germany and grew as an adult. Best experience in my life. Totally recommend it.
