When I studied at Universidad Iberoamericana was amazing. I had incredible time studying and making friends.

I enjoyed how the program was formed in terms of knowledge. The teachers tried to gave us the whole experience and knowledge of the career. The only thing that the university didn’t do was giving us the internal knowledge about students motivations and what they really want with their life.

Most of the time the university environment told us about our jobs and the amount of money we should ask when we finish university. But they don’t ask us about our real motivation and how to find it in ourselves. So most of the students when they finished university they don’t know what to do, which job would be the best for them, because they don’t really know themselves.

The university only gave students knowledge about the career they are students and sometimes other subjects related to other things. That is what I think universities are missing and need to change.
