I am a current student of African Leadership University (ALU) in Mauritius. The teaching and academic programs offered at ALU are top-notch, with dedicated faculty members. The emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving skills has truly helped me develop as a student. The student life at ALU is vibrant and enjoyable. There are plenty of opportunities for social interactions, including trips and parties, which allow students to relax and unwind after a hectic day of classes. These interactions have also helped me build lifelong friendships and expand my network. Accommodation at ALU is provided on campus; however, I must admit that it is not very spacious. Nonetheless, the rooms are well-maintained and provide all the basic amenities necessary for comfortable living. Additionally, ALU offers the option for students to find accommodation off-campus if they prefer more space or independence. Throughout my time here, I have witnessed how the university strives to nurture leadership qualities in its students. This is done through various leadership programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. ALU truly believes in empowering its students to become change-makers and trailblazers in their respective fields.
