The university does not offer on campus accommodation and as such, students have to find accommodation in the nearby towns of flic en flac or quatre bornes the latter being more affordable but flic en flac with a better quality life and closer to the beach. The courses offered at Amity are not so many as it is a small university, however this can hinder some students who would like to study different programs in Mauritius.
