Amity University is a well-known educational brand with a global presence, which can provide students with a strong network and opportunities for international exposure. The university is accredited globally and in Mauritius and provides a quality education. The university has modern facilities for both academic and recreational purposes to ensure students have a fulfilling university experience. The university has a diverse but not to broad student body with students mainly from the host nation Mauritius and mainland African countries. Tuition costs are relatively affordable for both local and international students. The university does not offer on campus accommodation and as such, students have to find accommodation in the nearby towns of flic en flac or quatre bornes the latter being more affordable but flic en flac with a better quality life and closer to the beach. The courses offered at Amity are not so many as it is a small university, however this can hinder some students who would like to study different programs in Mauritius.
