This university gives an opportunity to know yourself and the world around us better. Students are always encouraged to speak their mind and to discuss, therefore critical thinking and understanding various attitudes of a subject is at the first importance here.
View moreI think Vilnius University is one of the best places to study in Lithuania. Sadly, I do not exactly think that the Faculty of Communication is a good place for that. As I am studying Creative Communication I do not think that I will graduate VU with a big luggage of skills or knowledge. I believe that for a lot of people this study programme can be enjoyable, as there is no need to study a lot, but for me, it is just an attractive name from which you are not getting much. A bit of everything and at the same time nothing. I do have this opinion that if you want to become a Communication specialist then it is better to study something from where you could get more fundamental knowledge (for example, something from the Faculty of Philosophy) and then you would adapt it to your Communication specialist career, so, all in all, I would not recommend this study programme.
