Former University of Nairobi students are always in a position to express how proud they feel to be associated. In my case, this is due to the excelling commitment to education, contemporary research, and comprehensive growth of each individual student. Moreover, University of Nairobi remains one of the foremost institutions of higher learning in Africa and Kenya.

An additional gator I met in Dubai was proud to tell me that the university participates actively in international competitions and is ranked as the 805th best in the world on the global rating for 2025.

Their interests and ideas are well understood by trained personnel who assist them in technological advancement, and attracts over 49,000 students. Out of these, postgraduates numbering above 11,000 further add to UoN’s original goal – “Innovation”.
