One aspect that truly stood out during my time at UON was the practical hands-on experiences offered to students. The School of Engineering provided state-of-the-art laboratories and workshops where we could apply the concepts learned in the classroom to real-world scenarios. These practical sessions helped me develop essential technical skills and problem-solving abilities, which are crucial for success in the engineering profession.
I had the opportunity to participate in various engineering competitions and research projects, which not only enhanced my technical skills but also nurtured my creativity and teamwork abilities.my experience at the School of Engineering, University of Nairobi, was exceptional. The institution’s comprehensive curriculum, hands-on practical experiences, emphasis on innovation, industry connections, and focus on holistic development have greatly contributed to my growth as an engineer. I am grateful for the knowledge and experiences gained at UON, which have prepared me well for a successful engineering career.
