My Opinion About the University of Nairobi
The University of Nairobi is a reputable institution that provides a strong academic foundation and excellent exposure, especially in the field of tourism. My experience there shaped my professional skills and gave me the confidence to step into the travel and hospitality industry.

What I Liked
Quality of Education: The lecturers are knowledgeable and passionate about their fields. They worked hard to ensure we understood both theory and practical applications.

Industry Exposure: The program included real-world insights into tourism operations, giving me valuable skills that I now use in my career.

Diverse Student Community: I learned so much from interacting with students from different backgrounds — it broadened my views and improved my teamwork and communication skills.

Resource Availability: Access to academic materials like the library and online platforms helped me stay ahead in my studies.

What I Disliked
Administrative Processes: Some procedures could be slow and challenging to navigate, especially when dealing with documentation.

Limited Practical Trips: Although we had exposure, more frequent field trips or partnerships with travel companies would enhance hands-on learning.

Would I Recommend It?
Absolutely, yes.

What I love about the university of Nairobi is the availability of diverse courses and selfless lecturers who are always ready to teach their students and make sure they have achieved their goal in school. I would definitely recommend the University to any student who would like excellence and who would love to experience world class and quality education.

The university Of Nairobi has earned it’s reputation as the leading Institution in Kenya. Offering a wide range of programs across multiple fields, the faculty is both knowledgeable and passionate with many professors recognized internationally. The campus is well equipped though places like the lecture halls need to be expanded in size due to the large student population, some of the administrative process may also do with improvements. Despite the few flaws UON remains a solid choice for those seeking quality education.

The University of Nairobi is a place where experiences transform one. I want to point out that it depends on how you see life. It can be a place of celebration and growth for some, the majority, and a place where many people just stagnate and lose themselves.

It’s a nice and hospitable institution, the lecturers are very friendly and give us the best,also their hostels are very well constructed and fit environment to dwell in.All the facilities in the institution are affordable and available throughout

It offers varieties of courses from diploma to PhD level. University of Nairobi has collaborated with different organisation like WHO, UNESCO and WORLD BANK in conducting global research. Thus making it my best school to acquire knowledge from.

It has maintained the quality of the wide variety of courses it offers throughthe years, it has well equipped facilities eg libraries, knowledgeable lecturers and gives great support to the extracurricular activities.

I studied at Nairobi University, a prestigious institution known for its rigorous academic programs and commitment to excellence. My time at the university provided me with a solid foundation in my field of study and equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
