Studying Actuarial Science in University of Nairobi proved to be both easy and challenging. The easy part was the fact that my lecture classes were very flexible and I had enough time for self study, work and enjoying ‘college fun’. The challenging part was because it was a difficult course to do and demanding sometimes however my classmates and professors were always willing to help me in those difficult times. All in all I mad great friends some of whom we talk with today(including my professors)and the best achievement is that I graduated with a second class upper honors.

The University Main Campus is located within the city hence the commute to and from for those who reside outside the Main campus might find it hard because of the problems associated with traffic jams on the city roads. Otherwise for those who like to stay near an urban centre then it is well suited for you.
