    Amazing experience

It’s a high class university that’s top in the country. I like that it motivates students to push themselves for jobs and doesn’t spoon feed the students with materials or resources. What I dislike about the university is the travelling to and fro from different campuses for classes since one gets tired in traffic and a lot of time is wasted.

    The Fountain of Knowledge

The University of Nairobi is the best public university in Kenya. It creates a conducive environment for students from diverse backgrounds and nationalities to develop world class skill set towards sustainable environment. I would highly recommend this university to potential professionals. The location of the universities right at the centre of the city of Nairobi makes it remarkable. Most industry captains are alumni of this institution including Nobel Laurate the late Prof. Wangari Maathai.

    Student, Teachers and Staff Relationship

The university is in the central business district and attracts all types of students in the country and globally. We, students, are happy for the fact that we get to access the university easily. The staff and lecturers here are the best as they ensure we are always engaged in our studies and that we relate well with them. The campus is among the best universities in the country. I highly rank this university and feel free to join us for higher learning studies.

    My thoughts

For me personally, I would say the quality of education in the institution has generally dropped. This used to be the best university in Kenya from all the records read but I don’t feel it is and that’s in regard with how the lectures are offered. There is too much emphasis on theory and the seriousness in practicals isn’t much emphasized. I feel there will be a big gap if this isn’t bridged anytime soon
