The student experience at school varies from time to time and from person to person.

In general, the services offered at Maseno University are excellent. Lecturers hit 100% attendance for lectures, the school is equipped with a very good library, and the exams are tailored to reflect what is expected in the real world.

However, the school is still lagging behind in the accomodation sector. The hostels are outdated and less functional to current student needs.
