I had the chance to attend lectures by visiting professors from top universities worldwide, which broadened my academic horizons significantly. Events like international food festivals and Model UN conferences foster collaboration among students from over 50 countries. The library is another highlight—it offers breathtaking views of Nur-Sultan’s skyline while serving as an excellent study space. However, nightlife in Astana is limited, which may not appeal to everyone. Nonetheless, AITU provides unparalleled opportunities for personal growth through its diverse community.

Studying at Astana IT University has been an enriching experience. The curriculum is robust, emphasizing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which is essential in today’s tech-driven world. The professors are knowledgeable and approachable, often encouraging us to engage in discussions and ask questions. The university also offers various workshops and hackathons, allowing us to apply what we’ve learned in real-world scenarios. The campus is modern and well-equipped, providing a conducive learning environment. Additionally, the student community is vibrant, with many clubs and extracurricular activities that foster collaboration and networking. I’ve made lasting friendships and connections through these initiatives.

Astana IT University offers a solid foundation for aspiring tech professionals. The faculty is well-versed in their fields and often bring real-world experience into the classroom, which is invaluable. The modern facilities and up-to-date technology enhance the learning experience significantly. However, there are some areas needing improvement, such as the administrative processes, which can sometimes be slow and confusing. While the curriculum is robust, it often feels overloaded, leaving little room for in-depth exploration of topics. Networking opportunities are decent but could be expanded to include more industry events and guest lectures.

The university offers some scholarships and financial aid options, which are helpful but could be more comprehensive. it’s a great place to study IT with a strong emphasis on practical skills, though there’s room for enhancement in campus facilities.
