My experience with the faculty at Astana IT University has been mostly positive, though there are areas that need attention. The professors are highly qualified, and many have industry experience, which enriches the learning process. They are generally open to questions and provide valuable feedback on assignments. However, the availability of academic support can be inconsistent. Some professors hold regular office hours, while others are harder to reach. I believe that a more structured approach to academic advising would benefit students, especially those struggling with coursework. The university could also enhance peer tutoring programs to facilitate collaborative learning. Despite these issues, I appreciate the overall commitment of the faculty to student success and their willingness to engage in research and development projects.
