There are a lot of students who come up from affiliated high schools across Japan, so if you got in through the regular entrance exam, you might feel a bit out of place at first. But you get used to it pretty quickly.

Also, since each faculty has its own campus, clubs tend to be separate, too. It’s a bit of a downside since it can be hard to make friends outside your faculty.
