Doshisha University (reviews)

Quite standard for a Japanese university, well known within the country and has more effort being put into internationalization compared to other universities. Main campus is quite small, but there are some historical buildings.

I found the program to be difficult, even those who studied day and night often failed their exams. One thing that struck me as contradictory, therefore, was the fact that after graduation the MBA didn’t lead students to career advancement or a new job. Another contradiction is their attitude: they talk about internationalism and tolerance, but I didn’t find a welcoming environment. Rather, it seems they don’t need international students. I wouldn’t make this choice again knowing how things are going there.
