Lack of Support/ Help
What I like about the UWI Open Campus is the fact that it is available to be done virtually. What I don’t like is the lack of help from the course instructors, the late feedback provided for course assessments and the lack of support. It seems that the University and the tutors are having some sort of inside issue or dispute, but I do not believe they should let this affect the students who are paying hard-earned money to attain a degree. Through all the issues of tutors not supporting or providing sufficient help to the students, the university has raised it’s tuition fees. These factors made me reconsider whether I should have applied to another university initially. It is not a comfortable experience at all.
