I recommend Ca’ Foscari as they have excellent courses, especially in economics. Living and studying in Venice is a unique experience in itself, and the university has lots of international students from all over the world.

The programme itself provided an excellent interdisciplinary foundation in philosophy, economics and political science, which I find very useful to this day. The professors were very knowledgeable about their subjects, and most of the exams were genuinely interesting and useful.

Among the cons is the difficulty of finding accommodation (although it is easier if looking for apartments on the mainland).

I am studying Philosophy, International and Economics major at Ca’ Foscari University and I am almost at the end of finishing my degree. The program is well structured and thoughtfully designed, covering many topics all together. As an international student, there were many difficulties to get used to the new environment, but the university was able to create international communities to support and advice. Overall, it’s a great choice for those seeking a global academic experience.

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice offers a huge variety of programs, and almost 30 degrees are offered in English. You will find a great community of both Italian and international students, plenty of extracurricular opportunities to bust your CV, and a diverse range of student associations. What I love most about Ca’Foscari is that the campuses are located in different neighborhoods according to the departments; this gives you even more chances to discover non-touristy areas of the city. It is the perfect choice if, besides academics, you want to immerse yourself in incredible architecture, art, history, theater, and so much more.

(PISE) in short, is mostly a great program, it’s fun and challenging at the same time, if you are a history or philosophy enthusiast it is the program for you, you also get to study economic studies too.

well structured course of studies, the english level of some professors was not good enough though, which influenced my overall rating. nevertheless I would do it again.
