The University of Bologna is a world-class university located in one of Italy’s most beautiful and vibrant cities. During my 2-year master’s degree I enjoyed interesting and stimulating classes from professors with impressive CVs. The structure of the university is a little outdated, but it’s ancient buildings and history-filled corridors and classrooms only add to the university’s mystique. Logistically, the university is not very organized, but it is understandable as it has a very large number of students. The accommodation system could be far better. Places are few and the cost of rooms and appartments in Bologna is VERY high.
