The University Of Padua is one of the oldest and best universities in Italy. The university is so international, as it has students of all over the world, and everyone is feeling welcomed and appreciated. One of the most notable things, how much care is given towards sustainability and giving back to the planet. In 2023, the department of Economics declared that they will change all of their master’s programs, announcing new programs with a main focus on sustainability, the courses in each of the programs were tailored to align with the overall strategy of the university to raise awareness about sustainable behaviors, and offer the market with managers and leaders with a sustainable mindset. Being a student in such university makes you feel that you are part of a bigger thing, that besides the fulfillment you get from learning new things and the self development, you also get a grasp of understanding more about how to be a better person and how to be useful in society, being a leader that thinks more about the social aspect and the environmental aspect and not just driven by profit is one of the core points that the program give so much emphasis on. Overall, I would definitely recommend this university for anyone who is looking for a combination of elite learning experience and getting more sustainably savvy.
