    The Perfect Place For Transition

When i chose to enrol with Rome Business School, I was in a process of transition. I needed a place where I could get clarity, a push in the right direction, stepping out of my comfort zone and venturing into unsure waters. As a professional footballer playing on the pitch for over 18 years, I needed to start playing the same game but now off the pitch. Through the courses, my mind was opened to accommodate and understand the different dynamics of Sports Management and the business side of things. Now I can say I am more self-aware, in tune with myself, not just conscious of what I want to do, but how I have to do them, the tools and skills needed, the strategic approach in a sustainable manner. I highly recommended RBS for anyone who wants to take the next leap in life, career and profession, it will be an unforgettable experience.

Hi! Do you think they can improve? Or does the master offers everything that they say?

    Great opportunities!

I’m still a student in RBS (Master in Sports and Lifestyle Management).
I like how they follow you as a student before and during (I don’t know after, but I think so) the master. Teaching quality is overall good, with some excellence point.
You can have many opportunities if only you are ready to take them. I’m really appreciating the workshops and all the events they organise for us. You can have very profitable discussions.
Another good point is Career Service: I found people working on it truly professional and disposable, even during holidays. Another thing is that they are very patient with you!

Would you recommend doing the master? What do you believe are the negatives about RBS? I read a few bad reviews on facebook and google and I’m scared about it. How would you rate the material for helping you get a related job? Thanks

Hello Luciana. You have to think in quality/price terms and I say yes, it\'s definitely worth the price and yes, I recommend it. About the negatives, sometimes you have to \"struggle\" with the professors\' english, not very often by the way; the Virtual Learning platform is not the latest fashion and so it\'s very important to report all issues to them, in order to make your experience the best possible; if you\'re about to follow the master online it\'s very important to continually interact with profs who sometimes tend to pay more attention (and I understand it totally) to on campus student. About the material, I\'ll give you some advices coming from my experience: 1) follow all the courses, even the one who are not compulsory (company visits, company meetings, etc). You can find lots of insights; 2) ask, ask, ask! Ask for related material, ask to professors to give you more infos, ask career service to help you. They all will help you and normally they\'re very kind and professional; 3) Use wisely Job teaser, you can find lots of internship and opportunities. I have to say that I already work in the field, so finding a new job is not my first worry at the moment - and as you can read from newspapers sport is not going to restart that quickly - but it is important to remember one thing: it is not about knowledges, but about insights; it is not (only) about learning, but about networking! I hope this will help

Hi! I would like to ask two things: 1. Do you think it’s necessary to have previous management knowledge? 2. Have The master has been useful for your professional life? Thanks!
