The course at the university is solid, and its history is impressive, but the location presents challenges. While the electrical engineering faculty is situated in the beautiful heritage city of Mantua, the city offers little for students. It’s small, with minimal student life, despite its charm and scenic lakes. The curriculum is demanding, and finding personal accommodation is nearly impossible. Private student housing is available, but it’s located a fair distance from campus, requiring about a half-hour trek each way. Although public transport is decent for a small city, buses often run late.
