I did my bachelor in Pisa, I studied languages and literature and even though I like most of the courses, they eat languages are taught is just…
To sum up: as languages, I chose Russian and English. For the first one, only 2/3 people out of 20 chose to continue it in their masters mostly cause professor decided that we were not good enough and asked us to skip a level (we had to go from A1 level to a B1 level in a year), which led not to improvements but to the opposite.
About English, get your First Certificate before going so you can get ahead and do awesome classes, but be aware that in 3rd year there will be 50/60 people in a classroom where the goal is to talk and improve the language. Not possible in those conditions.
Literature and history courses are really good, most teachers are good ones, but language courses need more improvement.
