I’m enrolled in the 5th year of medicine at the Insubria University at the moment. I think there are a lot of positive points: comfortable environment, opportunities for student exchanges, many conferences and debates, highly-qualified professors (even though they’re not always well organized) and good schedules. On the other side, I think we have also some bad points: one above all the slow bureaucracy (which is pretty common in Italian universities and in Italy in general). I also have to mention that some of the syllabuses are not treated well during the lectures and the exam schedule is not always clear.
