I’m attending UNIBO and approaching the end of my first year. I love it here. The university offers a wide range of opportunities for young people to thrive – Erasmus and Overseas program, scholarships and financial aid, political asylum and so on.
Here, you will have the absolute pleasure of attending lessons with credited and competent professors in wonderful historical palaces.
Thanks to all of this I can afford to pursue higher education in one of the most, maybe THE most prestigious university in Italy.

Though it’s my first year, I can already say with confidence that I am incredibly satisfied with my choice of pursuing my MA in International Relations at the University of Bologna. It’s both a privilege and a tremendous responsibility to be studying at one of the oldest universities in the world.

As from the international students perspective, I can say that bologna is an amazing place to live. It’s vibrant and lively city and welcomes lots of students every year, So I guarantee you, it’s a place where u will definitely socialize a lot. You will spend great time, embarking all the cultural aspects of Italians and embrace true authenticity this city has. As for the University, it offers excellent education. For the international students it’s always important not feel lost (while u might be dealing with homesickness, sometimes simple operations seem hard, especially if u don’t know italian), so university has office, which deals with everything related to international students, starting from paperwork finished with free psychological consultations for them. Masters studies are quite intensive, with lots of readings, but its never just theoretical, you have seminars and get interactive assignments too. They offer amazing opportunities to study abroad, try internships and offer platform for that. So from the first steps till the last, university tried to help u and get u as engaged as possible.

It’s a fully English program and also it’s required to improve the second language in this degree. It gives an opportunity to participate in the Erasmus and overseas programs. At the beginning of the year according to the Italian language level, the university provides language courses for free. Very clear and good teaching methods, all the plans are ready and well prepared from the beginning of the year. Besides this degree gives us an opportunity to be professionalized in International Relations degree.
