I am a bachelor’s graduate in Industrial Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Tehran North Branch, and overall my experience at this university was positive. Fortunately, most of the professors are truly knowledgeable, supportive, and trustworthy, and the number of average-level professors is relatively low, which is definitely a big plus.
The Research Club and the Industry Relations Office are also quite active and helpful. If a student is motivated and follows up seriously, they can receive a lot of support from these departments. In addition, the university regularly hosts events and programs, creating a relatively dynamic and lively campus atmosphere.
Of course, some administrative staff can be a bit impatient at times, but despite this issue, the university is generally a good place to study and one that you can rely on. I would recommend it to students who are willing to be proactive and make the most of the available opportunities.

The thing that really attracted me was the beautiful scenery that the school is located on, but as time passed I really liked it for its so welcoming professors who were really helpful and of course knowledgeable.
The quality of education is not good. University has not met their global standard. If you want to continue your study in another country after finishing your studies, you will face many problems. One of the problems I experienced was getting recommendation letter from my professors, the Canadian universities with I applied for sent an email to the professional email (@rdu.com) of my professors but the email address doesn’t work due to the technical problems and the universities didn’t accept any other emails like (@gmail.com). I had lots of fun and good memories, but seriously if you wanna a high quality education, don’t choose this university.
View moreOne of the good experiences I had with this university was that I could choose my own schedule for the class times they provided. Overall, it’s a not a bad university. It allows students to study the course they like and have a good education; however, I believe the quality of the education there can be so much better than it is right now!
