There’s a charm to this magical city that not only makes you efficient academically, but also gives a much broader perspective on many things. All the professors were kind-hearted and understanding. The hype around the reputation of Pune university being ‘good’ stands absolutely true. A plethora of companies visit the campus every year to pick the best of the minds. View moreAs an alumnus of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), I hold a mixed yet respectful opinion about the institution. I genuinely appreciate the university’s wide academic structure, experienced faculty, and the exposure it provides through its diverse student community. The curriculum laid a solid foundation for my professional journey, especially in the field of animation and design.
However, like many large public universities, SPPU has its challenges—administrative delays and inconsistent communication can sometimes affect the academic experience. Despite these hurdles, I believe the learning largely depends on the individual’s initiative. Personally, I made the most of the resources available and focused on skill-building alongside academics.
Overall, I’m proud to be a part of SPPU’s alumni and grateful for the opportunities it offered during my graduation years.
View moreOne of the things that stood out most was the dedication of the professors. They were not only knowledgeable but also approachable and genuinely invested in students’ success. The classes were well-structured, with a good balance of theory and practical learning.
Campus life was vibrant, offering a wide range of extracurricular activities and student clubs that made it easy to meet people and explore new interests. The facilities, including the library and labs, were up-to-date and very supportive of learning.
Overall, I would recommend this institution to future students who are looking for quality education and a well-rounded college experience.
