Freedom to explore
Educational experience aside, which was good enough considering it’s a central university, I would like to emphasise the freedom we got in the campus. Pondicherry University fosters an environment where one can actually grow as an individual. Everyone has the freedom to experiment, to explore, and build oneself into a person they want to be. The authorities and professors do not meddle in students’ personal affairs, and treats them as adults, who are responsible for their own life and decisions. I grew as a person at Pondicherry University, and would highly recommend everyone to at least give it a chance. Go and see what the university has to offer. And if genuinely interested, enrol in a course of your choice.
