At Manipal Academy of Higher Education, student life is vibrant and full of opportunities. The campus boasts top-quality facilities, including modern libraries, innovation centers, and sports complexes that cater to diverse interests. With multiple campuses, students have access to a wide range of resources and activities that enhance their educational experience. Extracurricular activities are abundant, from cultural festivals to technical clubs, fostering a sense of community among students. The large student body creates an energetic atmosphere where friendships flourish. However, navigating such a big institution can be overwhelming at times. I recommend new students to actively participate in events and join clubs that align with their interests to make the most of their experience. Manipal provides a well-rounded education complemented by excellent facilities and a lively campus life.

Studying abroad at Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Manipal while having interconnections with the campuses in Dubai has been an enriching experience. The opportunity to explore a new culture, educational system, and meet diverse peers has broadened my horizons. The academic quality at Manipal is top-notch, with expert faculty members who are highly knowledgeable in their fields. The global exposure through the interconnected campuses has allowed me to collaborate with students from different parts of the world, bringing in a unique perspective to classroom discussions and group projects. The seamless integration between the campuses facilitates the exchange of ideas and experiences, making the learning environment more dynamic and intellectually stimulating. Additionally, the supportive staff and well-equipped facilities have enhanced my overall learning experience.

The university organized competitions and guest lectures with industry partners which provided good exposure. What was lacking was more structure and a clear understanding of purpose behind the curriculum.

The one year internship was a great opportunity for majority of the students to find jobs immediately after graduation.
The study trips were organized to bring in international exposure but more care could be taken to enhance the student experience by carefully planning the day activities for urban workshops.

More care can be taken to evolve the syllabus to suit the growing, ever-changing industrial practices and expectations – allowing fresh graduates to have an edge and compete against others in the job market.

The program was easy to follow and understand. At the same time it didn’t cover many topics and aspects or professional architectural practices. Neither did it enable us to explore creativity at its best. Moreover, being a private university, the faculty were biased and supported a few selected students which ruined opportunities for many talented students.

I first fell in love with architecture when I visited Manipal University, Dubai Campus. It only grew from there through my journey of five years with the faculty and classes and projects. The university itself stays a special place in my heart with all the people I’ve met and the way it’s changed my life.

The design curriculum was challenging, pushing boundaries and we were exposed to practising professionals to guide us through our design and career. It was a great experience.

I would definitely say the overall syllabus can be modified to further identify the trends of the current world and architecture to better support the students, walking into the real world.

The program was intensive but good, we learned a lot but it could have been structured better. The professors were good, but the content could have been more relevant and interesting and the projects could have been more spread out.

Good university in terms of academics and faculty, resources and facilities can definitely be improved , not many co curricular and external activities.

People are friendly and the environment is good as well.

Just completed my year 1, great university, very good faculty, my first year seemed like it went very fast , I’m enjoying my course , the professors are very very supporting and study material is great as well , in general I’m loving the course and looking forward to 4 more years in this course
