supportive campus and strong placements

I completed my B.Tech (ECE) at Chandigarh University and overall I had a positive experience. The faculty are knowledgeable and approachable-most professors encouraged questions, offered practical examples, and were available for doubt-clearing outside class. The curriculum balances theory and hands-on projects well, which helped me build practical skills that I could directly apply during internships.
Campus life is active and welcoming. There are plenty of student clubs and events that helped me make friends and develop soft skills. The placement cell is proactive: they arrange regular workshops, mock interviews, and industry interactions. Many students, including classmates, secured good internship and placement offers through the university’s drives.

That said, there are a few areas that could be better. Some parts of the infrastructure (labs and certain classrooms) felt dated and could use upgrades. Administrative processes can be slow at times, especially when handling documentation or fee-related queries. Also, while overall teaching quality is good, a few courses relied too heavily on lecture notes instead of interactive learning.
