It was a good decision to enroll at this university. It helped me expand my knowledge and polish my skills. I was able to understand my concepts and fundamentals, which contributed to my personal growth and improved communication. These were definite pros. However, one drawback was that there were fewer people who spoke English, and even some professors struggled to convey their teachings in English. As a result, I faced difficulties in securing internships in the field of chemistry due to language barriers. Additionally, there wasn’t much of an international environment at the time, and it seemed that Hungarian people didn’t welcome international individuals as much as expected.
