Benefits of exercise
I like this program because you learn about the physiology, the psychology and the biology of the body and the impacts of exercise on your health. The teachers are very contagious and convince you to learn more and more about their subjects. The fact I don’t like a lot is the schedule of the program and the substructure of the university. In this case, they need to improve. The school is the best in Greece and the university too.
