Student review [#96203] for Computer Science

I feel compelled to report a deeply troubling experience at the Student Services Office of the Department of Informatics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). On multiple occasions, one of the staff members responsible for assisting students has spoken in a highly sarcastic, dismissive, and inappropriate manner. His tone and comments create an atmosphere of intimidation rather than support.
As a student seeking help, being met with condescending remarks and verbally aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable. It gives the impression that he is misusing the authority of his position, making students feel powerless and unwelcome.
This behavior is not just unprofessional — it damages the trust and safety that students should feel when approaching university administration. It is a serious issue that needs immediate attention, as no student should have to experience disrespect or verbal mistreatment when simply trying to receive information or assistance.
