I am a past student from UG both undergraduate and graduate level. As a student and someone in academia, access to your transcript is very important and you should have access to it anytime you need it. Unfortunately, the academic records of UG does not know this basic rule. I have been trying to get my transcript submitted to another university in the USA for more than a week now. No one is responding to my emails and no one pick up the calls. It is as if, ghost work in the academic records. The annoying part is, the payment has been deducted from my credit card but I still do not have my transcript. This is a big shame to the academic records at UG.
