The University of Ghana is a highly respected institution with strong research, diverse programs, and a vibrant campus life, though it faces challenges with large class sizes and administrative delays, and I would recommend it for its academic reputation and opportunities.

I believe that this university has the ability to make headlines and the fact that students are included in administrative roles is a step in the right direction, A system were academic policies are made public will boost overall performance.

Studying in Legon was one of the best decisions i made because i didn’t just acquire new knowledge but i made great friends and acquired new skills as well. The culture in the school is diverse making it a very good place

Everyone has always been of the opinion that UG is the best , I never valued it till I went there. Great lecturers. The best in Ghana but when it comes to facilities…it was a bit questionable. Well maybe because I went the distance education campus but I felt we all had to get the same facilities since we were paying almost the same fees, if not more.

The student population at University of Ghana is so big. However, the lecture halls and the school libraries among other facilities provide a large number of access to quality education. Between the year of establishment and till date, the facilities have contributed immensely to training the best world leaders.

My classes have been amazing so far. I have the opportunity to meet many people and I have really improved my public speaking skills because the university creates so many opportunities to nurture that. I have made multiple pitches and I am still living at home. I love the balance

The freedom is such a drastic change, especially coming from a ghanaian boarding school like presec. There’s so much to do—no boundaries. You have to set you mind on your goals and the school will provide a place for you to thrive. Else you’d fail, so easily. it’s really competitive out here. You have to focus.
