Toulouse 1 University Capitole (UT1 Capitole) is based in Toulouse (in the historical site of the town centre) and specializes in degree programmes in the fields of Law, Economy and Management. The different disciplines at Toulouse 1 University are Law; Economics; Communications; Management; Political Sciences; and Information Technology. The higher education institution opened in 1970 and is one of the only French schools to be ranked in the top 100 of the Shanghai Academic ranking in Economics/Business studies. The school has three campuses in France, in Toulouse, Montauban and Rodez, as well as three establishments in Vietnam, Morocco and Vanuatu. The campuses are very international, 21300 students are currently attending courses at Toulouse 1 University Capitole, 18% of whom are international students. Each year, the university has 5400 new graduates. The university’s mission is to train students for future management roles in international companies, therefore, it places value on international networks to promote scientific collaborations. UT1 Capitole offers bilingual courses. 4 Master degree programmes are fully taught in English. Some degree courses are fully taught at partner universities abroad which gives students the opportunity to gain valuable study- and work experience in a foreign country while getting a double-degree.
