I really like the programme because it combines academic knowledge with practical skills, which prepare you for “real” life after graduation. The best aspect about it is definitely being able to live first in Lisbon, then in Paris and the third year in Amsterdam.
View moreMy experience at Forward College is so different from my experience at the other university I was previously studying at.
We study in small-size classes, we are never more than 15-20 on average which means that the teachers (who all come from prestigious universities) really know us and can provide really detailed feedback on our work. They are almost like coaches, they really want us to succeed in our studies.
Forward College stands out for its personalised education through small class sizes and a pedagogical culture of pastoral care with one-to-one meetings and weekly academic assessment. Today, most universities have large classes in lecture halls and many students feel they are just a number. Forward is not like that and this is certainly what made me choose them.
View moreForward College distinguishes itself through its tailored approach to education, characterized by intimate class settings and a nurturing pedagogical environment. Regular one-to-one meetings and weekly academic evaluations ensure personalized attention and support.
Unlike traditional universities with sprawling lecture halls, where students often feel anonymous, Forward College offers a refreshing alternative. Its commitment to individualized care and attention was the deciding factor for me.
The level of education I’m receiving here is unparalleled – it’s not just about academics, it’s about real-world preparation. The professors are industry experts who don’t just teach theory, but share their own experiences and insights, making complex concepts tangible and applicable. Every class is a simulation of real-life scenarios, where we tackle actual business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds. Forward College’s focus on experiential learning, entrepreneurship, and emotional intelligence has equipped me with the skills and confidence to navigate the workforce seamlessly. By the time I graduate, I know I’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
View moreI am currently a 3rd year student at Forward College and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to other students. The interactive approach of Forward where questions, debate, and discussion were encouraged enhanced my learning so much and I feel like I genuinely enjoyed every class. Having the experience of living in 3 different cultures, surrounded by people from all over the world made this experience even more special and helped me develop and grow in so many ways. Another aspect I have loved are the professors. Speaking with friends at other university I am so grateful to have teachers that actually know us, are excited to teach and interact with us, and will always take the time to help you.
View moreI didn’t just *study* at Forward; I rediscovered myself. Honestly, coming here felt like stepping into a place that finally *saw* me, the real me, not just a transcript. Professor Dubois in “Global Ethics” – that class didn’t just open my mind, it shattered my assumptions and ignited a passion for social justice that still burns. I remember leaving lectures buzzing with energy, feeling like I could actually *change* things. That’s the Forward feeling.
My biggest win? Overcoming my crippling fear of public speaking in the “Impactful Communication” workshop. Sounds small, but presenting my project on sustainable urban solutions, with my voice actually *ringing* with conviction? Tears welled up afterwards – relief, pride, something deeper. Forward helped me find my voice, literally and figuratively.
What sets Forward apart? It’s the heart. The professors aren’t just lecturers, they are mentors, genuinely invested in your growth. The community is a vibrant tapestry of passionate, purpose-driven individuals. It’s the feeling of being surrounded by people who *care*, deeply, about making the world better, and who believe *you* can be part of that.
If you’re looking for just a degree, look elsewhere. But if you’re searching for a place to unearth your purpose, to find your fire, to be challenged, supported, and transformed – Forward isn’t just a college, it’s a calling.
My advice? Come with an open heart, ready to question everything, and ready to be moved. Forward changed my life, and I know, deep down, it could change yours too. Don’t just consider Forward – embrace it.
