The research environment here is excellent. All the professors, postdocs and researchers work centrally. You share your research ideas with all your colleagues and get constructive feedbacks. It is helpful for your personal growth.

What I like here is the diversity of the programs offered, especially in science and engineering. The professors are approachable and encourage interaction during classes, which makes the discussions very dynamic. The many group projects are also a great way to acquire practical skills. The Nancy campus is well served by public transport, but the housing crisis is a real challenge. Finding an affordable room is complicated, especially for international students arriving for the first time. The city is pleasant to live in with a lively student life, in particular thanks to the many associations and cultural events organized. However, the impact of the recent strikes has disrupted classes and exams, creating some uncertainty in academic planning.
