How is the student life in Ecole? Do you visit Paris ?

Student life here is actually pretty decent. Just a heads-up: the workload is quite heavy, so don’t expect to be hitting the town every night.

On the bright side, the fact that everyone lives in the same building is a huge game-changer compared to other unis. It’s hard to feel completely lonely when your whole social circle is right down the hall. Also, there are quite a few events on campus (especially in the Spring semester), so if you want to make the most out of your experience, there is actually a lot to do.

The main drawback is the location as the building is quite far from Paris (but the new metro line should eventually fix that). For now, a lot of people head back to Paris on the weekends (especially those with family there) since it’s about an hour’s train ride to get to the city center.
