It hasn’t always been easy but the result is there. This school trains managers and more specifically within the master’s which brings together people with the same objective and a strong team spirit.

I got the opportunity to study abroad at Vatel. I did my first year at école Vatel in France, then did a year abroad in Mauritius and came back to France. This opened me to different experiences of the hospitality industry I a different part of the world. I was equipped with experience to work in various hospitality sectors

The curriculum at Ecole Vatel is broad and covers all aspects of hospitality management, from customer service to financial management. One of my best and enjoyable aspects of Ecole Vatel is the study abroad programs. I have had the opportunity to work in various departments of the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and event management in different countries. This real-world experience is a great asset and prepares me for the challenges that I will face in their future careers. Moreover, Ecole Vatel promotes multiculturalism and diversity. The study abroad program exposes students to different cultures and customs, which enhances their global perspective and understanding. This aspect of the program is particularly beneficial for students who are interested in pursuing international careers in hospitality.

The education I received at Vatel University has improved my life and helped me become a competent and adaptable professional. I gained a solid foundation in the hospitality industry through the hands-on learning method and theoretical knowledge. I was able to apply my academic knowledge in practical situations while working at well-known hotels like Hilton and The Ritz-Carlton, which improved my leadership and problem-solving skills. My perspectives were broadened by studying abroad in Paris, where I was exposed to a variety of cultures and management styles. All in all, I received a well-rounded education at Vatel University that prepared me for a successful career in hospitality.

Very nice and knowledgeable professors, and helpful student affairs officers. The academic program is often updated with lots of internship and extra-job offers. If in Bordeaux, there’re plenty of opportunities to learn about the wines industry by visiting wines chateaux and prestigious producers.

Vatel is a great school to discover the core of hospitality.
With its professionals of hospitality teaching and a rich operational experience, the bachelor’s program is a complete formation for future hospitality professionals.
Practising in the Vatel restaurant and the two internships during the program provides a solid basis for the future. One of these internships is in a foreign country, allowing students to develop their communication operational skills, and to live a rich cultural experience.

The network of Vatel delivers strong and numerous connections.
The administration of the schools might have some gaps, needing to improve the efficiency as of the student life.
