Practical, Engaging, and Eye-Opening
The programme was very well-organized and provided practical knowledge that I can apply directly in my work. The facilitators were knowledgeable and approachable, which made the sessions engaging. I especially appreciated the interactive activities that encouraged participation and critical thinking.
One area of improvement could be allowing a little more time for questions and group work, as discussions were very insightful but sometimes felt rushed. Overall, I gained valuable skills and I would recommend this programme to others.
