Low educational level. Master student visit the first time the lab at the end of the programm. They never learn to write lab notes, neither articles. Moreover they never get teach in programming. They plot they results in Excel and have never get introduced in uncertainty calculations. Their professors missed a long time ago to be updated to science and research. They are closed to new methods as well as to international coopererations or/and students. Almost all the communication within the most of the groups are in Estonian. In my groups discussions about the current discussions are non existing. Due to the missing education of the master students they do not except anything from the PhD Students. That means, as such doctoral students you cannot learn anything news.
